Would you recommend the surgery to someone close to you ? Please complete the online questionaire or in person at the Surgery.

Please do not email a request for a call back or put a call back request on the online feedback forms - the emails/feedback forms are not checked on a daily basis and we will not be able to process this request.

All patients are advised to please read about the NHS CARE DATA PROGRAMME or SUMMARY CARE RECORD in the further information section. This national programme has requested some of your information is shared to improve healthcare. You have a choice to opt out of this. Please read carefully and contact the surgery reception staff for further information or to opt out.

circled_dayIf you require a non-urgent appointment, please telephone 01925 631132 or use the on-line booking facility via the above link.

In the event of the doctor’s appointment list being full, or the doctor is away on holiday, you will be offered an appointment with one of the other doctors.

Do remember that an appointment is for one patient only. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let the reception staff know – we are a busy practice and someone else will always want to take advantage of your cancellation.

If you have a lot to discuss with the doctor, please advise the reception staff who can give you a longer appointment, thus avoiding delays for other patients.

Although you register with one of the doctors by name, you can, by choice, consult any of the doctors provided that there is an appointment available. All consultations are by appointment. Normally, the receptionist will offer you the next available appointment but please let her know if you feel the problem is urgent.

Please let us know when you arrive at the surgery for your appointment. A self check-in machine has now been installed for your convenience. It is extremely easy to use – just follow the instructions on the screen.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to rebook.

If you require a chaperone during your appointment, please inform the receptionist.

Interruptions during surgery disturb both doctors and patients. For this reason the reception staff have been asked not to disturb consultations with non-urgent telephone calls. Our lines are very busy, especially between 08:00 and 11:00; please avoid telephoning between these hours unless it is absolutely necessary.

Should you wish to talk to a particular doctor about an ongoing issue a message can be passed to the doctor by the administration staff - the doctor will call you back or relay a message via the administration staff as soon as they can but cannot be guaranteed on the same day.  If same day advice is required regarding a medical matter please ask to speak to the Nurse Practitioner.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can do this online, by calling the surgery on 01925 631132 and using the automated service or by texting "cancel" and your name and date of birth to 07729459804. This mobile number is strictly for appointment cancellations only. No one will answer this mobile or reply to any messages sent.
