You may notice our reception team may start to ask you why you need to see a GP. This is to help assist our new approach using care navigation. All of our reception team has undergone training to help assist in directing you to the most appropriate service. Our reception team will not be giving clinical advice or triaging, they will however be offering other services which may be more suitable for your problem.
